Jay arranged for the staff to bring us a shot, a birthday ice cream and sparkler and sang for us. Took a while to get serviced as well saw several servers but only one checked in with us (shoutout to Jay B) Spoke with manager Brendan(?) about the horrible birthday experience and he comped our drinks and dessert.
Got reservations for the following evening, getting seated despite having a reservation took fifteen minutes and we had to notify the hostess vs the other way around. Couldn't even reach someone at the venue to let them know, left two voicemails and never received a return phone call. The experience put a severe damper on my 30th birthday celebration.
the correct address is written in the notes section of your confirmation email so pay attention to that. I made this reservation well over a month in advance only to go to the closed location the day of and miss my reservation completely.
